Middleton Robotics began in 2004 with just one mentor and 15 students—no funding, no fancy tools, just passion and determination. In those early days, it was truly a “do-it-yourself” effort. The team stayed up late, worked hard, and slowly built a foundation. Over time, sponsors started to take notice, new parts became available, and what once seemed impossible started to feel within reach. From those humble beginnings, Middleton Robotics has grown into something incredible. What started as a small group with big dreams has become a thriving community—proof that dedication and teamwork can build more than just robots.
